The College is dedicated to providing a balanced environment of academic, cultural, and athletic activities for its students’ entire personality development. Inter-departmental ,Inter college ,and other sports tournaments assist students develop team spirit. Sports and activities assist students in improving their interpersonal relationships while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

GNHMC has established outstanding sports, games, gym and yoga facilities for the students and staff members of the College to ensure participation in a variety of games, sports, and fitness activities of their choice in order to stay fit and healthy.For proper training and grooming of players the University provides coaching facilities to the players for different games through its dedicated Sports and Yoga Instructors.

GNHMCH campus is equipped with a wide range of sports facility with all latest amenities for its students like:

3. Indoor stadium & Gymnasium:
Indoor sports stadium housing four Yonex synthetic badminton courts with LED illumination and Table tennis facilities are all part of the College sports infrastructure.

Indoor sports stadium housing a state-of-the-art fitness centre and gym equipped with cutting-edge and highly functional workout equipment that can assist the students in scientifically improving their fitness. The gym has a trained gym instructor who maintains track of the students and assists them in meeting their goals on time. The upbeat music that plays during the workout offers you a boost of energy and helps to keep the gym in a favourable mood for training and fitness.

GNHMCH, along with the above-mentioned facilities, has a separate women’s exercise centre equipped with cutting-edge functional training equipment to assist female students in improving and maintaining their fitness.

In addition to the above-mentioned facilities the university’s sports complex is having a Yoga centre for yoga practise. Regular yoga lessons, led by yoga instructors in a well-maintained yoga centre, keep the university community informed about yogic practises and keep them functionally fit and healthy.
